Once we receive your application, we will reach out to you within one week if we're interested in interviewing you for a trial position. If the interview goes well, we'll bring you in for a trial position. We expect you to maintain 100% attendance during your trial period, the trial period entirely depends on your needs we do not give a specific timeline in which you pass your trial. Every spot is expected to be earned.
We expect the following from all our raiders, including our trials:
・You should raid prep each week, and must meet the guild requirements we set before each new tier.
・You need a working microphone, and should be willing to speak when needed.
・We expect a significantly high attendance rate (Both showing up 20-10 minutes before raid) while also being courteous in giving notice of life events that may cause you to miss or be late. Communication is key as we are on a limited 9hr a week raid schedule.
・You should be able to handle constructive criticism and work well in a team environment. This is not optional.
・We require the use of specific addons and WeakAuras: MRT, RC Loot Council, boss mods (we prefer bigwigs), among others.
・You may be benched for some bosses, this could be due to fight composition, class stacking, armor stacking, attendance issue, or performance. Should that happen then you are expected to watch a fellow raider stream so you can quickly sub in if someone has hardware or performance issues.
