Thank you for your interest in receiving a scholarship to attend CAMP INNOVATION at Arizona Science Center. To apply for a scholarship, please complete this short online application. (If you are applying for multiple children, please fill out a new form for each additional child.) Not all applicants will receive scholarships. We will notify scholarship recipients via email if funding becomes available. If the recipient does not respond in a timely manner to confirm registration details for the week of their choice, the scholarship will be awarded to another applicant.
