Thank you for your interest in our ETA Teen Group Program, we are so excited you're here! This program is highly impactful even for the most apprehensive of students and we look forward to working with your teen.
Our ETA program is the core of our coaching programs at Hi-Lite. ETA stands for Empower, Transform, Achieve. Our clients develop EMPOWERMENT as they learn they are responsible for and in control of their choices and outcomes. They see TRANSFORMATION as they work through limiting beliefs and life challenges with new and different perspectives introduced through a coaching approach. They experience ACHIEVEMENT when they become motivated by new ways of thinking and begin to pursue their future with excitement.
During this 7 week program we meet weekly for 90 minutes, focus on a new topic each week and talk through experiences in a safe, inclusive environment. An incredibly important element to everything we do at Hi-Lite is FUN! We learn and connect best when enjoy the process and our cohorts are packed with just that. We meet in fun places, play small games/puzzles and create meaningful moments. Each session will wrap-up with an action step, reflection or challenge that is encouraged to be worked on or accomplished until our next meeting

Agenda:
As we coach through common teen challenges in a group setting, students will develop accountability and a deeper self awareness of who they are and where they want to be headed.
We will work through the below topics and skill building:
Identify core values
Create goals
Learn to plan out goals in stress reducing ways
Develop personal mission + vision statements
Learn to improve resilience + decision-making

**While many of our clients overcome challenges in our program, this is not a therapy group and coaching should not be considered a replacement for therapy.
