NATIONAL FOLKLORE BOARD - NATIONAL FOOD SELECTION QUESTIONNAIRE
The National Folklore Board is a statutory agency under the auspices of the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture. The agency is mandated to administer, register and protect Ghana's folklore expressions as well as implement the 2003 UNESCO Convention for the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage elements in Ghana. 

This survey is a project conducted by the National Folklore Board. 
NATIONAL FOOD SELECTION QUESTIONNAIRE
This exercise is a medium to safeguard Ghana’s intangible cultural heritage elements. Your cooperation will help us create a detailed picture of local foods that are loved by the general Ghanaian public. This exercise is being conducted by the Board to select one traditional meal to represent Ghana on the national and global front.
