I respectfully urge you to vote in favor of Resolution 2021-13, enabling Public Works to proceed without delay to purchase easements and build the coastal pedestrian and bike path—Ke Ala Hele Makalae—along the makai and South sides of the Islander on the Beach resort, as specified in the project's Final Environmental Assessment and approved by the County of Kaua‘i Planning Commission.
