The sounds of hand drums, gongs, rattles, chimes, bells & crystal singing bowls in the hands of a seasoned energy worker--taught and well-experienced in sound therapy--are a great way to achieve a deeply calmed, balanced, and relaxed state of mind. This helps to release stress, and thereby is conducive to achieving greater states of inner balance, healing, and well-being.
