TechNova is the University of Waterloo's first W+iSTEM hackathon.  We typically host a 36 hour in-person hackathon with pre-hack workshops and networking opportunities.

This end-to-end event aims to help build participants' journeys in tech. Whether they are a beginner just starting off or a seasoned hacker looking for new challenges. We want to organize an event where attendees:

* Have a community where you feel safe and included
* Develop practical career skills towards a career in tech
* Are empowered to create great things
