Woburn Recreation Department Needs Assessment Survey

The Woburn Recreation Department is aiming to deliver the very best quality recreation programs possible for our community, so we are asking our members for their thoughts and opinions.  We are committed to creating, and implementing the very best of programs, ensuring that what our community wants is represented-and that is where your survey feedback becomes important.  

Your help is needed! Public input is being sought to determine how Woburn Recreation Department programs and services you are currently utilizing.  In addition to what you are or are not using, Woburn Recreation is interested to know your thoughts regarding what the department should be focused on in the future.  

Anyone that fills out this Needs Assessment Survey will be entered into a drawing for a $50 program credit towards future Woburn Recreation Department programs.
