CKMS 2023-2024 New Student Application for potential Enrollment
Thank you for your interest in the Children's Kiva Montessori School (CKMS)! We take great pride in our multi-cultural approach to rigorous and engaging learning with high expectations for school and community involvement in order to offer the best educational experiences for our students. 

Please complete the information below in order to apply for our 2023-2024 school year. Completion and submission of this NEW STUDENT APPLICATION does not guarantee placement on our waitlist. We will contact you with further details for enrollment requirements as spaces open up for students in the requested grade level. 

Enrollment requirements include scheduling an orientation tour with our Head of School, submitting all prior school student academic and health records, and committing to follow our policies and procedures. Once all of the information is received and documented, you will be added to our waitlist.

Children's Kiva Montessori School's "Guiding Principles," found at kivacharter.org, describe our whole child, whole school, and whole community approach to education. To support our school, each family is asked to contribute a minimum of 10 Family Partnership hours during the course of the year. By submitting this application, I agree to engage in this positive community effort.

I also understand that submission of this application does not guarantee enrollment in our school. Spaces are filled on a first come, first serve basis. In the event all spaces have filled after the enrollment process is complete, I understand that I will be contacted, and my child will be placed on a wait list for future openings.

I further understand that a non-refundable materials fee of $150 will be required prior to the first day of school, and that scholarship funds and other financial assistance may be available to those who qualify.
