Survey - Pornography in Your Student's School/Library Database?

This survey is for those of us who've had the unfortunate experience of having a loved one or friend run into pornography in school or library databases through home, school, or library sites or portals.

This is a confidential survey intended to prove that people see/hear/read inappropriate content at schools and libraries, so that the problem can hopefully be solved and keep children better protected.
