This International ILL Toolkit was conceived by Brian Miller of The Ohio State University and developed during several SHARES virtual town hall discussions in March 2021. Brian collaborated with Lapis Cohen of the University of Pennsylvania to refine the structure and seed the listing with information on nearly 200 lenders.
