Galway Isolation Support - Volunteer Form
More and more people will need to go into self-isolation as Coronavirus spreads in Ireland. It is really important that people who have symptoms don't go out and infect other people. It's also important to reassure people that may have to go into isolation that they won't need to have 2 weeks of supplies and therefore bulk buy.

We are putting out a call for people to support others who have no-one else to turn to. Imagine having to self-isolate when you have no friends or family you can turn to for help and support. No-one to ensure you have basic supplies like milk and bread, no-one to ensure you get your medication, no-one to talk to for 2 weeks!

Galwegians won't let that happen to each other and we are looking for people to come forward to support older and vulnerable residents in their community.

There are sensible steps you can take to minimise the risk to yourself whilst acting as a volunteer to help others. We will provide you with advice, support and a basic induction to help you stay safe.

If you think you could help (and at this stage, we are just gathering names) please fill out the form.
