In this workshop you will learn about the topic, the science behind the importance it, and practical tools to enhance wellbeing in your own life! This workshop is interactive and practical- each participant will leave prepared to use this tool personally and will be encouraged to share it with others. Workshops will be delivered by members of the Midland Area Wellbeing Coalition. All members have obtained certifications in the science of wellbeing.

An In-person Coffee Chat option will be available on the third Thursday of each month from 7-7:30 am at Live Oak Coffeehouse. This will be more focused on discussion.
