Jeremy Leazenby-Bruce, my theater director, is my local hero.
He is my hero because he has helped me find my passion for theater. He has
pushed me to be the best I can be when I am on stage. Mr. Leazenby-Bruce saw my
potential and has given me many opportunities, like when he got me a job for a
commercial. Jeremy Leazenby-Bruce has given me so many opportunities over the
years that I could go on and on. Jemery Leazenby-Bruce is my local hero.

My sister is my local hero because she is grateful for
everything. She shows me what life is really about and to be happy about what
you have. Marabel goes to Western for their special ed classes. My sister has
two great bus drivers and a kind helper. Everyone gets along with her on the
bus. She is independent and has to gain trust with people. Marabel is the
bravest person I’ve met, and wish I could be as loving as she is.

My hero is my 5th grade teacher from last year
Mrs. Maynard. The reason I am chosing her is that she played a key impact on my
life. In the last year. In this last year she taught very important lessons and
guided me through a tough time in my life. She still gives me advice and if I
need to talk she always makes time for me. She is not just kind to me she is
kind to others aswell and is always understanding of every situation. When I’m
older I hope to be as kind as her and show kindness like her. In conclusion
Mrs. Maynard is my hero. She told me what to do when I didn’t know what to do
in life and I thank her for that.

I’m writing about my grandpa who is my local hero. I’m
writing about him because I love him very much. I love him because of all he
does for me. He has been the best grandfather ever. He is the one who is my
best friend for life but he is not going to be able to help me forever because
he might pass away because of old age or if he gets hurt. He will always have a
place in my heart. In his life he has always wanted me to have an amazing life
with him. But in life you cant have something forever; I know that, so cherish
the time I have left with him so sometimes it just makes me sad thinking about
it because it’s my last chance and it’s not like im going back and forth
between available situations, so cherish them.

My local hero is my teacher Mrs James. She is the best
teacher ever. I love her so much. She is so kind, loving, and amazing. So I am
writing about her. I am writing about her because she makes me smile every day
when I walk in. She helps me understand every thing I know. She is so pretty. I
want to look like her when I am older. She never gives up on any of my
classmates. She can make any one smile. She is why I wrote about my teacher,
thank you for reading my paper. I hope you loved it. Rember my teacher is the
best.

My local hero is a very thoughtful person. He gives back to
the community more than most. He has also given me beneficial opportunities to
do the thing I love, farming. This special person is Jay Rayl. He farms the 135
acres that sits around my family’s property. Last fall, he let my use his 8235R
tractor i=with sunflower disc attached to till the field, by myself. Jay also
let my sister disc the field. Jay is also my sister and I’s bus driver as well
as a member of the Tri-Central School board. He transports students safely to
and from school. He is a great hero that is one of my favorite people. Thank
you, jay, for making my fall memorable and thank you for giving back to our
community.

My local hero is my uncle, Paul Volney Robinson the third.
He is my hero because he got me and my family out of a really bad situation and
supported us the rest of the way. My uncle used to work as a welder and
construction worker in California. How I met my uncle was my mom wrote a letter
to my grandma asking if she could call her but what she didn’t know was at the
time my grandmother had Alzheimer’s disease and did not remember anyone. So my uncle and aunt had ended up finding the
letter and called my mom and we met up a week later at a jack in the box. I
chose my uncle because he had saved me and my family from a really bad
situation. At the time we were living in homeless shelters and on the run from
out abusive dad. When I met my uncle he had been in California visiting and
before he left on the train back he told my mom if we wanted a better life he
would come and pick us up and we could live with him.

My hero is Officer Lott. Officer Lott in not your typical
officer, he’s stouthearted when it comes to kids and teenagers in the
community. When he’s on and off duty he tries to get kids on the right path and
keep them out of trouble. He will always help cheer me up no matter the
situation, he is trustworthy and has a good personality. When anyone in the
community encounters officer Lott it’s an immediate smile or joke coming from
him. He is the type of person that can be your best friend but at the same time
he’s doing his job to keep the community safe. He will always see and bring the
good out of you, even if you’re going down the wrong path. At the end of the
day Officer Lott is a valuable asset to the community with all the things he’s
done for everyone.

My local hero is my mother, she’s an assistant nurse and
works at a nursing home that’s next to the hospital. She’s a very hard-working
woman and she makes sure that everyone’s alright. I’ve always looked up to her
for help and support. She always encourages me to do my best. She’s always been
there for me and my brother and supports us on what we do. She tries her best
for us to see her side of the family in another country, visiting them every
year. She’s the most nicest person and would lend a helping hand if needed. She
helped many people get to where they are today and they visit once in a while
and she’ll still help them. The thing that makes her a “local hero” is that she
helps and inspires many people to do good things. She believes that everyone can
achieve their goal.

My local hero is my dad! He is always there for me when I am
sad or hurt. He is a cop so he knows a lot about stuff and I feel really safe
around him. He is always helping me get up when I get down. Also in the
mornings when I’m going to school, he wakes me up. He is a hero to me because
he is a cop so I can feel safe around him. He is always at his job, but I don’t
really care because I find other stuff to do and that’s how we get money for
our food and other things. I also get to look up to him because I really want
to be a cop when I grow up, he is the best dad. If my dad reads this then thank
you for everything you do. Thank you dad.
