🧡 Our Drawwing Cabinet Kids Summer Art Camp is open for enrollment! 🧡

This year’s Kids Art Camp will be led by LA-based visual artist and educator Dajin Yoon. Students will be introduced to a variety of visual art mediums and learn about contemporary artists and new vocabularies while absorbing hands-on skills and techniques throughout this engaging 4-day art camp.

In summer 2023, students looked at artists like John Cage, Toshi Ichiyanagi, and Yoko Ono who draw from text and sound as well as artists like Bridget Riley, Agnes Martin, and Lygia Clark who utilize repetition and formal rhythms to create visual artworks. As a culmination of the camp, each student made a giant chapbook that captured their creations of poetries, paper marbling, and cyanotypes in reflection of their understanding of the relationship between themselves and the world.
