Are you a member of Our Lady of the Lake Parish Family? I hope you respond with an enthusiastic “YES!” The necessity of taking a new look at our parish census data has become even more critical due to the way the COVID virus has affected our parish family.

This Census form is our attempt to reach out to the members of our parish family and make sure we continue to serve each other in the best way possible. It won’t take but a minute to complete this form but it will be a tremendous help to the ministry of the parish!
