We are looking for volunteers for our Christmas Tree Lighting Service.

I would like to serve as an Outdoor Usher to help direct the traffic: 
8 Volunteers needed  for two different time slots 
3:00-7:00pm and 7:00-10pm
Please mark down which option you would like to choose or if you would like to stay for the whole night, please mark both options. 
Where to meet: South Lobby (BCS)
Time to arrive: 3:00pm or 7pm
Help with people traffic flow. Please dress for outside weather that night. Pizza for dinner will be provided.
Hot Drinks Servers 1: 15 Volunteers (3:30-6:00pm)

Shift: 3:30-6:00pm
Where to meet: Bethel Kitchen
Time to arrive: 3:30pm
Help make and serve hot chocolate for the 1st service & clean up in preparation for 2nd service. Please dress for outside weather that night.
