As a family with a 5th grader at Little River, you are presented with the unique opportunity for your child to continue at the same school for middle school (grades 6, 7, & 8). This Letter of Intent serves as your final commitment for the 2022-23 school year. Your decision will be sent to the Office of Student Assignment for the official school assignment of your child for next school year. Families of twins/multiples must complete this Letter of Intent for each student to ensure that each is assigned as desired by the family/guardian.
Form must be completed to Little River Elementary by 3pm, Friday, March 25, 2022. For questions, contact the Office of Student Assignment at 919-560-2059

Option 1

I want my child to continue at Little River K-8 for middle school beginning with grade 6 for next school year (2022-23). I understand that by submitting this Letter of Intent, Little River K-8 will become my child’s assigned school for middle school.

Option 2

I want my child to attend his/her base attendance zone school for middle school or his/her magnet/choice program into which my child is accepted beginning with the 2022-23 school year.
