IN ORDER FOR YOUR CHILD TO BE OFFICIALLY ASSIGNED TO A CLASS SECTION, BOTH THE REGISTRATION FORM AND THE FULL SEMESTER'S PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED. REGISTRATION FORMS ALONE DO NOT RESERVE YOUR CHILD'S SPOT IN A CLASS SECTION. ONCE THE PAYMENT IS MADE, YOUR CHILD WILL BE OFFICIALLY PLACED INTO A SECTION.

NOTE: When making the payment for the SECOND SEMESTER, continuing students who have registered during the first semester will NOT need complete this registration form a second time, as long as they have fully completed the first semester. To continue through the second semester, you will only need to make the second payment.

***GOOGLE CLASSROOM INVITATION***:
After you complete and submit this enrollment form, and we receive your payment, your child will receive a Google Classroom invitation (to the student email address that you provided in this form).

ACCOUNT UNDER YOUR CHILD'S NAME: Please make sure to create an email address UNDER YOUR CHILD'S NAME because the name associated with the email address must match the name we have in our system. This way teacher can recognize your child's account in the Google Classroom as well.

ENABLE NOTIFICATIONS: Please also make sure to enable Google Classroom notifications, so that your child receives the Google Classroom invitation. In order to enable notifications, please go to the Google Classroom homepage. Then, click the three lines in the top left corner and click SETTINGS, (which is located at the bottom). Please make sure EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS are on (that the button is blue).

CHECK THE GOOGLE CLASSROOM: All communications, including class schedule, course materials, Zoom links, grades, and teacher comments will be provided via the students' Google Classrooms. As a parent, you may follow up with your child's progress by checking the Google Classroom (by logging into your child's email address and viewing it).
Curie Learning will only use the student's email address for the Google Classroom; all other emails and announcements will be sent to the provided parent email addresses.

JOINING THE PROGRAM LATE:
JOINING BEFORE THE MONTH OF OCTOBER--
After taking the placement test, new students are welcome to join later into the program with the understanding that they will not have access to the previous material they missed. We will provide a list of what was already covered in the class.

JOINING OCTOBER OR LATER--
We offer condensed versions of the program starting anew in February. If you joining from October or later, we highly recommend that you wait for these upcoming classes and join these instead. They will be included in our January schedule. English: Condensed English Program  ;  Math: Accelerated Math Program
Please call our center for advice on which level to place your child if he or she is joining late.

In general, we find that students who are joining significantly late are not often successful in the program. This is due to the fact that there are many concepts missed at that point and those concepts are likely to be unfamiliar to the students (since our program is quite advanced). Since the curriculum is cumulative, joining the current level too late may simply cause frustration for the student as the student will need to catch up on the previous skills while practicing the new skills. It is likely that the student will simply become overwhelmed, and this will have the adverse effect on the student's success and attitude toward learning.

 PAYMENT METHOD AND OPTIONS:

• Drop off the check/cash in person at our South Riding Location: 43250 Stonewall Pond Street, Chantilly, VA, 20152

• Drop off the check in the tuition drop box found next to the entrance door of our South Riding location. (There are two: one is gray and one is red.)

• Mail the check to Curie Learning at 43250 Stonewall Pond Street, Chantilly, VA, 20152. Please be aware that it may take 3-5 business days for us to receive the check; students will not be enrolled into a class until the payment has been received and processed, so mailed payments must be sent well in advance.

2) Make an online payment. Please note that an additional 4% will be charged for any online payment. To make an online payment, please follow these steps:

• Ensure that the enrollment form has already been filled out and submitted.

• Request an invoice. To do this, fill out this form:
