Cortez 2021 - 2022 School Organizational Team (SOT) Parent Nominations /////// Nominacion de Padres para el Equipo do Organización Escolar de Cortez 2021 - 2022 (SOT)                                                                            
We are holding nominations for parents to join the Cortez School Organizational Team.  You can nominate yourself or another parent. We are looking to fill six (6) positions -- three (3) members/three (3) alternates.

The School Organization Team has the following duties:
-Provide input on the school performance plan and budget.
-Provide continued advice to the principal in carrying out the school plan.
-Assist with the selection of the next principal when there is a vacancy.

Monthly meetings are typically held on Mondays from 2:45pm to 3:45pm.

Estamos llevando a cabo nominaciones para que los padres se unan al Equipo Organizacional de la Escuela Cortez.  Puede nominarse a sí mismo o a otro padre. Estamos buscando llenar seis (6) puestos: tres (3) miembros / tres (3) suplentes.

El Equipo de Organización Escolar tiene las siguientes funciones:
-Proporcionar información sobre el plan de desempeño escolar y el presupuesto.
-Asesorar continuamente al director en la ejecución del plan escolar.
-Ayudar con la selección del siguiente director cuando hay una vacante.

Las reuniones mensuales generalmente se llevan a cabo los lunes de 2:45 p.m. a 3:45 p.m.

Why would you like to be a part of SOT?  Why should your fellow parents vote for you?  What community activities are you involved in?
