Creating a Dementia Friendly Inverclyde
A Dementia Friendly Community is a place where people with dementia are understood, respected, supported, and confident that they can continue to take part in community life after receiving a diagnosis (Alzheimer's Society, 2013).

Dementia is not just about the individual, it's also about the community and how it responds to dementia.

Help us understand what we can do to create a community where people impacted by dementia are empowered to remain active citizens in a community that is aware, inclusive and accessible. We'd like to hear your thoughts and experiences to help us create a Dementia Friendly Inverclyde!
