1. All members of the Music Ministry must be committed followers of Jesus Christ and display an ongoing, growing relationship with Him.

2. Obviously, formal church membership is required for platform ministry, and we expect that those participating in the Music Ministry be actively involved in the life of the church. This is displayed by regular attendance at services (even when you are not scheduled to sing), participation in the overall life of the church and giving financially to the church.

3. All Music Ministry team members need to be fully committed and submitted to God first, TFCJ leadership and vision second, and the Music Ministry’s leadership and vision third.

4. All members of the Music Ministry need to have victory over the moral areas in their life. It is our desire that all persons involved in the worship ministry walk free from the bondage of sin and walk worthy of the gospel of Christ and of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. Philippians 1:27; 3:14

5. Every Music Ministry team member is expected to love their brothers and sisters as they love God. This is evidenced by submitting to, and esteeming one another, with joy, honor and respect.

“If there be therefore any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any bowels and mercies, 2 Fulfil ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind.
