I'm so excited you're here. That tells me that you have BIG dreams & goals, but you know that your current way of approaching them is leading you closer to burnout rather than fulfillment.

My goal in working together is to help you play BIGGER by learning how to bounce back faster through embodied momentum.

It's time to stop ignoring how your body feels in order to hit a goal - that is the old way and not sustainable long-term!

Through this program you'll learn how to self-regulate, build an arsenal of holistic tools, and learn how to partner with your body rather than be at war with her so you can feel bliss even in challenging seasons.

Take your time and have fun filling out the questions below! Dream big and know that everything is in reach if you believe it (even if only a part of you believes it for now). Once I review your application, I will contact you within 48 hours to schedule your Alignment Session if I believe I have the tools and resources to guide you!

*The Alignment Session is a 90-minute phone session that is $297. If we move forward together this will be applied to your program balance.
