Pre-participation information and screening
Thank you for expressing an interest in our Musculoskeletal Clinic at the University of Queensland, Brisbane!

This free 6-week exercise program will be suitable for people who have previously had low back pain, or have chronic shoulder, hip or knee pain that they are interested in addressing through exercise and physical activity. The program will offer you an assessment, an exercise intervention and prevention solutions to their musculoskeletal issues, run by 3rd and 4th year clinical exercise physiology students, under the supervision of an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP).

If the above informations sounds like something you'd be interested in, this form will help us determine whether you are suitable to take part in clinic, and will give us more information about how our students (and we) can best help you. Upon completion, you will be notified by email regarding your inclusion within the program and session time, as soon as possible. Your personal details and contact information will not be disclosed to any other studies or institutions.

There is one major thing we have to clarify before we get your enrolment in the program underway:
If you have such bad pain that you are considering visiting a doctor in the next few weeks, you may not be right for the program. Our students are trained to deal with pain but not significant and acute pain that may require immediate medical intervention.
