ABOUT THE JOB
I am looking for a talented individual experienced in managing creative operations for my channel, Wudo. You will work with me daily to seek out new video ideas and concepts, delegate tasks to different members of my team, as well as checking over completed work to make sure it falls in line with my expectations.
We produce content daily, so we need someone who is committed to working full-time and can meet strict deadlines. Additionally, we require someone who is very communicative with us to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. Most importantly, we want someone motivated and committed to helping us make the best Minecraft videos for younger audiences on YouTube!
Pay: Negotiable based on past experience; Monthly salary pay from $2,000-$5,000
Hours: Full-time, 60 hours per month
Location: Remote, Worldwide
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
As my Channel Manager, I expect that you will work daily to:
Brainstorm, strategize, and adapt unique video ideas/concepts according to past and current trends
Assist in brainstorming and revising thumbnail concepts for my videos
Assist in screenwriting our videos with our team of scriptwriters
Delegate work amongst my team of creatives (scriptwriters, developers, builders, editors, etc.)
Check completed work and do playtests to ensure that creative work falls in line with the script
Provide valuable feedback and advice to help team members in reaching the overall/end goal for each video project
Supervise the content creation pipeline to ensure efficiency and consistency each step of the way

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Full and in-depth understanding of Vanilla and Modded Minecraft
Experience and full understanding in working with Minecraft content creation
Experience in Minecraft content ideation based on Minecraft trends and other topics popular amongst younger audiences
Ability to work in a collaborative environment with a “can-do” attitude
Ability to make revisions on the fly and adapt to unexpected changes
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with our team
A personal desire for ongoing learning, continuous improvement, and development
