All coaches will have a demonstrated commitment to strong character and sportsmanship and will be chosen based on the following criteria:
- Must have an active USA Ultimate Membership.
- Must agree to the USA Ultimate Coaching Code of Ethics.
- Ultimate coaching experience
- Ability and willingness to work with co-coaches
- Ability to work with players in the under-15 age group
