I understand that cheerleading is a year long commitment beginning the day of tryouts through the tryout process the following year. I understand that Lake Ridge High School cheerleading comes first to other commitments both within and outside of school. I understand that I must be enrolled in all cheerleading class periods for the entirety of the school year. I understand that I am responsible for all monies and fees even if I fail to follow through with my cheer commitment. I understand that I must pay all fees in full before I will be issued any uniforms or other supplies. I understand that there will be no refunds of cheer monies or fees. I understand and agree to uphold the rules and guidelines in the MISD board approved constitution. I understand and agree to uphold the rules and guidelines in the LRHS Cheerleading/Mascot Code of Conduct. I understand that MISD cheerleaders will be held to the guidelines set forth by UIL.

I have received a copy of the MISD board-approved Cheerleader/Mascot Constitution. I understand that I am responsible for complying with the MISD Cheerleader/Mascot Constitution beginning Monday, March 27, 2023 until the last day of the 2023-2024 school year. In addition, I understand that if I fail to comply with the rules of the constitution, I may be subject to probation, suspension and/or removal from the Lake Ridge cheerleading team. If I am removed from the squad or quit for any reason, I understand that I will not be subject to any refund of monies paid and will be responsible for paying the balance on any items ordered on my behalf. I must also return any school issued items immediately or be financially responsible for those items if lost, damaged or not returned

I understand that I am responsible for complying with the Lake Ridge Cheer Parent Code of Conduct beginning Monday, March 27, 2023 until the last day of the 2023-2024 school year  . In addition, I understand that parents are an integral part of all athletic/cheerleading events. They serve to validate the positive values learned through athletics and to support the personal efforts and successes of individual players. I understand and agree to uphold the values and policies laid out in the Parent Code of Conduct.
