The state of CA is allowing school districts to apply for a waiver to provide modified in person instruction for TK- 6 grade students. DUSD is considering submitting a waiver application and is seeking input from its families. The waiver will require DUSD schools to follow state guidelines regarding wearing face coverings and social distancing. If a waiver were approved for TK through 6th grade, would you send your student back to the modified blended program, as explained in the DUSD 2020-2021 Re-Opening Plan at the web links listed below.
