ENG2850 GTRA - Self-Assessment Form
As part of this course's feedback-based approach to assessment, I ask you to self-assess your overall work. Even though I removed module and assignment grades in favour of constructive feedback during the semester, I am still required to submit a course grade on CUNYFirst, so I want to work with you to make sure your grade is fair.

Throughout the semester, I have been keeping track of your individual progress on a spreadsheet. I put checkmarks for every component of the course you completed, and I took notes when you informed me of the parts you had to miss.

The most important criterion is showing up and being present in the sense that you submitted the assignments and informed me when you could not do so.

**Please note: The function of this form is not to negotiate your grade, but for me to make sure that we both agree on what you completed in the course. Since you have read the requirements and grading contract on the syllabus, your final grade should not be a surprise.**

Please answer the following questions honestly. This will give me an insight into your experience of the course. Know that only I will see your response.

[Filling in the form should take you 10-15 minutes.]

Your answer should be based on the grid on the syllabus. (Baruch grades range from A to F; there is no A+)
