Use this form to pre-register for the 2024 World Music Day in Aberdeen, WA!

DETAILS:

The event will take place on June 21 2024.

Planned performance times are between 5pm-7pm.

Unplanned activities will take place throughout the day.

Parking is unassigned, but free!

There will be no electricity available for performers.

All performances need to be family and business friendly/appropriate.

Water will be provided, but please bring any other items for you to perform and keep you comfortable (chairs, sunshade, etc.)

ON THE DAY

You will receive additional information via email the week before the event. You will be required to check-in, then be directed to areas available to play along the street. Please respectful of other musicians around you as you spread out and find your spot. Registration on-site on the day places you in the raffle for the Gibson Les Paul guitar! Please keep an eye out for emails from aberdeen@makemusicday.org.

Please describe your performance. World music day is not just about PLAYING music, it's about celebrating music! So even if you are not a musician, you are welcome to celebrate in your own way.
(i.e. playing guitar, church choir, dance, demonstrate something music related, showcase instruments, etc.) *

PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE:

There will be multiple media outlet in attendance as well as a videographer documenting the event. By selecting Yes below, you understand that:
1. My appearance, likeness, voice, and performance may be recorded, edited, and used in the Video by Make Music Aberdeen and Downtown Aberdeen Association for promotional, marketing, and other related purposes.

2. I will not receive any compensation, financial or otherwise, for my participation.

3. I hereby waive any rights to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my appearance, likeness, voice, or performance appears.

4. Make Music Aberdeen and Downtown Aberdeen Association retains all rights to any recorded performance, including but not limited to distribution, broadcast, reproduction, and adaptation in any media format or platform.

5. I release and discharge Make Music Aberdeen and Downtown Aberdeen Association, its agents, employees, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the use of my appearance, likeness, voice, or performance.

6. I am over the age of 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If I am under the age of 18, my parent or legal guardian has provided their consent to my participation and has agreed to the terms of this release form on my behalf.

This release form shall be binding upon me, my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
