I am aware that my child has not met the course requirements to move into Earth Science and or/ Algebra I (Math 8H) next school year.  However, I would like to enroll my child into the course(s) listed below. I realize that this was not the recommended course for my child for the upcoming school year. I understand that this course is considered a high school level course which ends in a Regents exam in June and that the grades will appear on my child’s high school transcript. I am also aware that if my child does not perform well in this course, there will be no level changes during the school year.
