To apply for a MEDIA or PHOTO pass, please read the guidelines below and click the button to proceed to the Official Application Form. Please remember this is only a request, and it may not be approved. Applications are one per person. Each person from your outlet must fill out their own application.
 
The press accreditation is personal and non-transmissible. In the case of inappropriate use, of both the accreditation and the photopass, the production reserves the right to withdraw the pass and expel the person from the festival.
 
APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY June 30, 2024. We cannot review or consider applications received after this date. You will be notified of your application status by July 5, 2024. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

CONCERTS PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING

PHOTOGRAPHERS ON ASSIGNMENT: Photopasses are limited. Any photographer wishing to apply for a PHOTOPASS must be on an editorial assignment.

Permission to photograph or record the concerts (video or audio) is subject to the limitations imposed by each artist. Photographs should be taken without flash and during the 3 first songs of each concert, unless otherwise indicated by the artist.

Stage pit capacity is limited and the access to the site will be made on basis of first arrival of photographers until full capacity of the pits is reached. Under no circumstance may photos of the artists be taken during the concert, outside the area specified for this.

For audio recording it is possible to connect to the press box, available on every stage, with an XLR connection.

It is compulsory to show the photopass and the photographic and video to enter the stage pit. For security reasons it is not possible to enter the pit with any type of drink.

PHOTOGRAPHIC MATERIAL AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD

Several high-resolution photographs of the main concerts and of the festival’s surroundings and atmosphere will be available on the night of the performances and during the next day.

To use the photos it will be necessary to indicate “ Vodafone Paredes de Coura 2024” in the credits, and the photographer’s name, which will be in the title of the downloaded file.

ARTIST INTERVIEWS

Regarding artist interviews, the festival production does not manage them directly, and so it will be necessary to contact the record labels directly.

All applicants will be contacted with confirmation or denial of the request.
