REGISTRATION FOR OIFE YOUTH EVENT 2022

The OIFE Youth event will take place between Thursday May 5 and Sunday May 8, 2022 in Bruges (also known as Brugge, Brügge, Brujas), Belgium.

The goals of the OIFE Youth Event are:
- sharing experience & ideas across borders
- networking and getting to know young people with OI in other countries
- social activities and fun
- to create awareness about OIFE to young people in Europe

Target group: People with OI age 18-37 from European countries.

The registration will close Feb 1st 2022.

Participant fee: 170 EUR.

FEE INCLUDES: accommodation for 3 nights, meals and drinks at the hostel, transport by train to and from Brussels airport to Bruges, transport for a sightseeing trip, activities in Bruges during the trip, dinner + Party on Saturday.

NOT INCLUDED:
- Traveling from your country to the airport in Brussels, Belgium.
- Strong alcohol

HOW TO GET TO THE HOSTEL
You can arrive to Brussels by plane. At Brussels airport someone will show you the way to the train. There is a direct train to Bruges every hour, but with the amount of wheelchairs we expect, it is very important you let us know when you will arrive and what kind of assistance you need. In Belgium trains are accessible, but it can be a challenge to make the reservation. This is why we will do this for you.

When you arrive in Bruges city, it is a 2 km walk trough the beautiful city to the hostel. We will come to the railway station to get your bags. Bruges is a middle age city so you will have to cross areas with a lot of cobblestones. But we will provide help if you need it.

TRAVEL GRANTS
OIFE has a very limited number of travel grants that you can apply to (max 100EUR per person).
To apply for travel grant - send an e-mail to office@oife.org before February 1st.

ATTENTION
Please note that this registration isn't valid before you receive an e-mail from us. Therefore: please DON'T book your flight before you receive a confirmation e-mail from the organizers. When your space is confirmed, we will send you an invoice to pay the participant fee for you (and your assistant).

Your place will not be confirmed before you have paid the fee for both yourself (and your assistant).
