Nazimeen must organize and dedicate time for Waqar-e-Amal regularly each  month. This includes folding chairs, cleaning dishes, vacuuming prayer areas, etc. If the majlis has no mosque or salat center, Atfal can participate at home.

Inactive Atfal:

- 12 months of complete inactivity (Never seen at any Jama'at event over the last 12 months) and haven’t participated in Chanda for the last 12 months. 

Untraceable:

- Then you should call the Tifl’s parents 3 times followed by email 3 times. If still no response, then you (Local Nazim Atfal) or Local Qaid or Nazim Tajneed should physically go to the Tifl’s home three separate times and if you still weren’t able to meet or contact the Tifl or any of their family member ONLY then you can designate them as untraceable.

At any point during this time frame, if the Tifl comes to the mosque or any Jama'at event they should be converted to Active status.
