This form will ask you to register your family for Religious Education Classes at Shepherd of the Hills and St. Matthew Parishes for the 2022-2023 school year.  

Grades 1-8 Classes are held:

                                           Mondays 6:15 - 7:30 pm at Shepherd of the Hills
                                                                               OR
                                           Wednesdays 6:15 - 7:30 pm at St. Matthew

Grades 9-11 Classes are held:

                                        2 Sundays each month from Noon - 2pm.

The Faith Formation of St. Matthew & Shepherd of the Hills Parishes will strive to nourish parishioners through human, spiritual, intellectual, and pastoral formation.
