I voluntarily assume all risk of loss, damage, illness or injury that I may sustain while so engaged or as a result
thereof. I agree to hold harmless, release and indemnify St. George the Great Martyr Orthodox Church, its clergy,
its parish council, its volunteers, the Orthodox Church in America and agents from all claims which may hereafter
accrue on account of any injury, loss or damage, which I may suffer, because of any matter, thing, condition,
negligence or default whatsoever.
I hereby accept the full risk and danger of any hurt, injury, or damage that may occur through
or by reason of any matter, thing, condition, negligence or default, of any person or persons
whatsoever.
I agree to assume all expenses, medical, liability or otherwise, arising out of any injury to
myself or others helping staff my vendor's booth while participating at the St. George the Great
Martyr
Orthodox Church International Festival.
The invalidity of any statement or waiver of rights above under local, state or federal law does
not invalidate any other statement or waiver of rights above.
I understand that I must be safety conscious and exercise sound judgment at all times. If I am found to be
endangering myself or others at the festival, I will be asked to leave immediately.
The grounds shall not be used for unlawful purposes and must be kept in good condition. All property kept,
stored, or maintained on the grounds by the renter shall be at the renter’s sole risk and renter assumes risk of
loss. Renter will not do any marking, painting, cutting or drilling into, drive nails or screws into or anyway
deface any part of the grounds. Upon vacating the grounds, renter agrees to leave it clean, and in good
shape. Renter has read, understands, and agrees to follow all rules contained in the foregoing Booth Rental
Agreement Information. This agreement and the attached terms constitute the sole and only agreement of the
parties hereto and supersede any prior understanding, written or oral agreements, between the parties
respecting this subject matter. No amendment or alteration of terms hereof shall be binding unless the same is
in writing.
