Action for Healthy Communities (AHC) run online programs to help immigrant youth to improve their life skills, to connect to community resources and information, and to stay connected with their peers and mentors. The online programs are Learning Table, Ready to Work, AHC Hangout, Stay Active and one on one settlement support.
