Character Check!
You are at a basketball game and the team you are competing against has just arrived. You are aware that their cheerleaders wont be to far behind them and you all have been in an argument on Instagram leading up to this game. Within minutes you hear chanting. When you look down the hall here they come! They are swaying, chanting, and show their respected cheer style attitude. One of your cheer sisters is making fun of the way they are walking in. Another one of your cheer sisters are mimicking the sway as she wishes that your coaches will allow you to start swaying as that is not your cheer style. Another one of your cheer sisters is stating that she "has something for them" once you all hit the floor.

The game has began and you notice that neither squad has come over to greet one another or respectfully discuss who has which quarter to perform. There is an immediate cheer battle as both squads are doing their own version of the same cheer right after each other. The diss cheers begin to flow out and your cheer sister calls out a cheer that should only be performed during a timeout/quarter/break due to you all having to cross the black line that could penalize your basketball players.

At the end of the game the crowd is chanting which squad was the "best" and you notice a few of your cheer sisters are engaging in the conversation versus reporting to the locker room as demanded by your coaches and a fight breaks out!

Based on the scenario above, please indicate how you would respond. (Do you notice any bad behavior, would you do anything differently)
