The criteria we are looking for weighted equally are:

1. Character: What are your values and goals? How committed are you in your personal and professional growth for what end? 

2. Community: What are ways you've demonstrated giving back of time, energy, money, or talents in our community?  How involved are you in local, national, or online communities? What are ways you will spread what you learn as a scholarship recipient?

3. Contribution : What's the bigger picture or vision you have for your life that inspires and/or motivates you as your legacy in this lifetime?
