Booth: The fair will be held in the Gymnasium. Each vendor will receive a 6ft. table, 2 chairs, and listed as a vendor in WilliamsburgFamilies Summer Camp event flyers which are passed out at the event. Electrical hookup is limited; if needed contact us for availability. The booth will be marked off and your name will be attached to the table. Check-in begins April 14 at 9 a.m, all vendors must be checked in and set up by 10:30 a.m., doors open to the public at 11 a.m.
Activities & Giveaways: We want the Camp Fair to be fun for all families attending so we encourage you to provide an activity or giveaway at your booth.
Hold Harmless Agreement: The exhibitor agrees to hold harmless WilliamsburgFamilies, Lazy Lizard LLC and the operating associations/facility working with WilliamsburgFamilies, their members, directors, and employees against any or all damage to property or personal injury caused by the exhibitor or his employees. The exhibitor agrees to be liable for any damage to property or personal injury or loss caused by the exhibitor during the fair. Exhibitors must be insured. I understand that I/my business or organization may be photographed and/or videotaped for promotional purposes and give my permission for these photos to be used in public media and official James City County publicity (including James City County government cable channels, government internet websites, publications, displays and presentations), and WilliamsburgFamilies.com. I understand that there will be no remuneration for such use.If you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know so that we can make arrangements prior to the event opening. Kristy’s cell is 757-274-5382 and Olivia’s cell 757-920-6078. Space is limited so we need to make use of all space that is available. One camp per booth, otherwise a $50 table share fee will apply with a maximum of two camps at one booth; contact us for more information.
Vendors should plan to be onsite throughout the duration of the event and not pack up before 3 p.m. when the event ends.
