DACA Renewal Fee Sponsorship Application / Solicitud de Patrocinio de Renovación de DACA
The purpose of this sponsorship is to provide support to UNLV students who require assistance with their Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) renewal fees. Students selected for this award will receive a sponsorship to cover renewal fee costs, according to funding availability. This sponsorship is funded by the Consolidated Students of UNLV and the UNLV Office of Diversity Initiatives.

These funds are first-come, first-evaluated. Awards are intended to bypass any current fees or balances listed on MyUNLV and will be provided as a direct deposit.

In order to be eligible for this sponsorship a student must:
  • Be enrolled as a UNLV student (for the semester in which they are applying)
  • Be a current DACA recipient.
  • Briefly explain how this sponsorship will assist you with your DACA renewal process.
  • Did not receive financial support from the Division of Diversity Initiatives (DDI) the previous Academic year in the form of a General Scholarship and/or Emergency Assistance (only applies when being awarded DACA renewal funding provided by DDI).
Applications are reviewed at the end of every week. Please allow for 2-5 business day for the review of the application. You will receive a Notification Email with the decision shortly thereafter.

*Due to DACA's current standing, funding will not be provided for first-time (initial) DACA applications.
