We encourage and highly value connecting with our community as we work to analyze and ​disseminate the information gathered between all the companies who signed on to the initiative. 

We continuously work to champion emergent processes, experimentation and failure as a learning tool. Currently, our main focus is on collecting and reporting data from professional theatre communities. This will help us track the impact of our letter and identify any gaps in the community that need to be addressed to create a more equitable and inclusive environment.
