This is the vendor sign up form for the Farmington Farmers Market (FFM) which will take place at Creekside Park located at 54 N. Hunter Street, Farmington, AR 72730. The market will run from March through November on Saturday mornings from 8AM to 12PM. You may begin setup at 7:15AM and must begin teardown at 12PM. A nonrefundable one-time $30 application fee is due before setup at your first market, and a 10% commission will be charged on your sales each week unless you make less than $100 that day. No commission is charged on produce or flowers. Funds are used to cover cost of market insurance, advertising, ASCAP licensing, and maintenance. Any Farmington student organization, FFA, Choir, Drama, or Band is welcome to perform, sell, or fundraise for FREE with approved application. We will require all vendors to sign a liability waiver and a copy of the Arkansas Food Freedom Laws before setup can begin. Tables, chairs, and tents will NOT be provided, so please come prepared with any equipment you might need for the day. We will limit the amount of vendors selling each products. There will be no limit on produce and flowers. The $30 application fee does not include admission to Chamber events such as the Fall Festival or Christmas Parade.
Market Rules and Regulations:
1. Products must be handmade, crafted, grown, and/or designed by you and/or your business. There is NO resale allowed without previous consent from management.
2. Proper labeling, packaging, and permits are required for all edible items.
3. Supervise anyone accompanying you. You are ultimately responsible for your booth and team.
4. Read and abide by all Arkansas Food Freedom Laws.
5. Compliance with applicable taxes and ADH regulations are the sole responsibility of the vendor.
6. We reserve the right to limit items when being produced by multiple vendors.
7. We reserve the right to refuse entry. Multiple offenses of market rules and regulations may disqualify the vendor from future attendance with no refund of $30 application fee.
8. Be sure that you leave your space clean and free of any trash at the end of each market. It is a privilege to have access to the city park, and we must take care of it to maintain use.
9. Farmington Public School district organizations/clubs, FFA, Drama, Band, Choir, etc. will be allowed to set up a booth at no cost. This can be for the purpose of selling produce/crafts, fundraising, or performing at the market. Please specify below if you represent one of these groups.
A copy of the liability waiver and cottage food laws will be emailed to you after completion of this form. You are entering this market at your own risk; The City of Farmington, The Farmington Chamber of Commerce, Busy Bee's Canning Co., and the Farmington Farmers Market are not liable for you, your team, or your product.
