2024 Fall Quilt Camp will be held at the Rangeley Inn, from
Wednesday-Sunday, October 23rd- October 27th.
RETREAT DETAILS- Single, Double, Triple Rate includes; 4 Nights of Hotel Lodging, Quilt Instruction, Sewing Room Fee, and Meals*: 4 dinners, 4 breakfasts and 3 lunches.
- Commuter Rate includes: Quilt Instruction, Sewing Room Fee, and Meals*: 4 dinners, 4 breakfasts and 3 lunches.
- Required Patterns and Tools are an additional charge. However, they will be available at the retreat for a 15% discount.
- You will receive your supply list and pre-cutting instructions when full payment has been received or by mid-August, whichever comes later.
- SEWING ROOM ARRIVAL: Arrival is between 1pm-3pm on Wednesday, October 23rd.
- HOTEL CHECK-IN: Hotel check-in will take place at 3pm or as rooms become available.
- INSTRUCTION BEGINS: Instruction begins at 4pm on Wednesday, October 23rd.
- HOTEL CHECK-OUT: Hotel check-out will be at 10am on Sunday, October 27th.
- SEWING ROOM BREAKDOWN: Sewing room breakdown will begin at 11am, on Sunday, October 27th and must be completed by Noon.
*Alcoholic Beverages are not included. Separate checks can be created for alcoholic beverages.
2024 RATES- Single King - $1689 - Spouse can be added for a meal fee.
- Single Queen - $1649 - Limited number, these are on a first come basis. Note: If you need a 1st floor, you must select a Single King.
- Double Queen - $1359 - Please provide your roommate's name below.
- Triple - $1399 - This is in a 2 Bdrm Suite with a pullout in sitting room. - Please provide the 2 roommate's names below.
- Commuter - $1049
PROJECTS - 2 Projects to be determine in May of 2024 - Taking suggestion below.
RETREAT POLICIES - DEPOSIT: A non-refundable $250.00* deposit is required to reserve your space.
- FINAL PAYMENT: Your non-refundable balance must be paid in full no later than August 15, 2024. Should your full final payment not be received by the due date, you will forfeit your Retreat space.
- CANCELLATION: We realize emergencies can occur, however, this can leave a space that may not be able to be filed.
- If you absolutely cannot attend, please try to find your own replacement.
- If that's not possible, you may check with Michelle to see if there is a wait list.
- In the event that we are able to fill your space, from the waiting list, and we have met our minimum requirement of attendees, a refund (minus a $50 Administration fee and any other costs incurred) will be considered at the conclusion of Quilt Camp at Rangeley Retreat.
WELLNESS: All attendees must be well. Additionally, you understand that you must without fever in order to attend the Retreat events. Take all precautions to ensure you are healthy for the retreat. If you miss a day or the retreat due illness, a refund will not be provided.
- ADULTS ONLY: Quilt Camp at Rangeley Fall Quilt Camp 2024 is for adults only.
- MINIMUM ATTENDEES: We reserve the right to cancel if our minimum requirement of attendees is not reached. If this occurs, you will receive a full refund.
