27th Annual District 54 Foundation Golf Outing
The District 54 Education Foundation invites you to its 27th Annual Golf Outing on June 10, 2024 at the Schaumburg Golf Club. All proceeds from this event will go toward funding breakfast programs, extracurricular grants, STEM programming and emergency financial assistance for School District 54 students and families.

Please fill out this form if you wish to sponsor the outing or attend the dinner. In addition to the sponsor perks listed below, all sponsors will be listed in the golf outing program and thanked on the Foundation's website and social media. Golf includes golf, cart, lunch and dinner. To ensure your logo is included in signage, please complete this form and payment by Friday, May 10, 2024.

***Within 24 hours of completing this form, you will be invoiced for the amount owed and asked to provide a high-resolution logo (if applicable for your sponsorship). Please note all credit card transactions are subject to a processing fee. You may also request to pay via check.***
