I commit to making the Racquet Club a positive, safe, and fun environment for fellow members, guests and RC staff. While I enjoy the privilege of the Racquet Club, I agree to:
• Treat my fellow members with kindness and respect
• Treat Racquet Club staff with kindness and respect
• Treat Racquet Club campus, equipment, and property with respect

I understand that my failure to live up to this commitments could result in consequences that escalate towards the outright revocation of my access to the Club.

Youth Member Consequences and Infractions

1. First infraction Verbal warning from Racquet Club staff and notification to parents/guardians
2. Second Infraction:
a. If Youth Member is unaccompanied, their parents/guardian will be contacted to pick-up their child, and use of the campus will be suspended for the remainder of the day.
b. If the Youth Member has a parent/guardian on campus and the family wishes to remain on campus, the Youth Member must be under direct supervision for remainder of the day
3. Third infraction: Youth Member’s privilege of unsupervised access to RC will be suspended for
seven (7) days
4. Fourth infraction: Management and Board of Directors reserve the right to determine appropriate actions including, but not limited to, personal appearance before the Board of Directors, suspension for the remainder of the season, or termination of membership per procedures set forth in Club Bylaws.
