J.F. Cooper PTA Trunk or Treat Pre-Event Survey
Dear Parents, Guardians, and Staff Members,

The PTA board has scheduled a Trunk or Treat event for Saturday, October 15th from 5-7pm. 

The rain date would be Sunday, October 16th from 5-7pm. 

We'd like to know your level of interest so that our coordinator, Kristin Podolsky, can plan accordingly. Currently, the plan is to hold a 50/50 raffle, offer pizza for sale, and offer concessions.

Please fill out this form no later than Sunday, September 18, 2022 so that we can plan accordingly. If we see there is significant interest in this event, you will receive a flyer about it next week.
