This form is for anyone interested in become either a general or core member of Waterloo Data Science Club for the Summer 2024 term.

General Membership (free):
 - Newsletter
 - Access to BOT
 - Access to online reading groups and online workshops

Core Membership ($4/term):
 - General membership perks
 - Access to ALL in-person and online events (workshops, hackathons, networking events, etc)
 - Discounts on swag & DSC stickers!
 - Fee mandated by MathSoc

If you'd like to be a core member for this term, please pay in CASH at any of our events or at our office on the third floor of MC (right next to MC Coffee & Donuts; in the club hallway).

You may also go to the MathSoc office when it's open to pay with Credit/Debit and give the physical receipt to us at our office/events.
