Please complete the following form to order books from the book fair. The books will be delivered to your student in their classroom. Please make sure you have have provided your student with the appropriate funds to purchase books by setting up an eWallet account. Cash and checks will not be accepted. Please make sure enough funds have been added to cover tax.
