About Instructor: Shweta, lives in Churton park with her husband and two young children. She was introduced to yoga in her childhood and has experienced it's benefit in managing her wellbeing. She wants to share the benefit of yoga in the community and has completed Hatha yoga(200 hours) and Kids yoga(50 hours) training through Nirvana Yoga Shala, Mysore India. She is a certified Adult and Kids yoga teacher.
